Everything went exactly as documented on the website. The guys arrived on time, gave me a fair price and were gone within minutes. My only negative was that the driver didn't see my coupon code until after he processed my payment. I wish there was a way the driver could've done a refund instead of a gift card. I still appreciate the sentiment though!
