They were quick, professional, and didn't complain about my hideous apartment building and the large number of steps! FYI, I under-tipped them and didn't mean to, for which I apologize - I suck at math. In my defense, there should be a button for a 20% tip on the check-out screen, because going up to 15% isn't good enough.
