They called us to confirm our appointment, and then called with another courtesy call to let us know when they were on their way. All of them were kind and upbeat. Answered all of our questions, and took everything quickly and without incident. The pricing was reasonable and upfront with no hidden fees. Also, they said they always try to donate items if they can to homeless shelters, or goodwill before they junk it. Just an awesome company to work with! I highly recommend them!
