They had someone scheduled to come out that very day. When I called they answered all my questions and told me they would be able to come out within an hour. I was not obligated at all. The estimate was free. They were professional and very fair with the pricing. I am 100% satisfied with everything and will use them again. I highly recommend them 1-800-GOT-JUNK!
