Arrive on time, good communication to confirm time, cost & arrangements. There was a service problem as the two service men were not vaccinated & were not allowed into the facility.We agreed to bring the items outside ourselves & they took from there. They were apologetic & patiently waited. The manager authorized a suitable discount & we were satisfied. Would use service again.
