They called with questions on directions, and were able to handle what we needed to be taken away. Just a little discrepancy over the estimated space being less than actual, and confusion over appointment time - Appointment was confirmed for 2-4PM after quote, and re-confirmed by phone call the night before, but e-mail rec'd @ 3:30PM said appt was 4-6PM - ? The crew showed up at 3PM.
