I called at 1225 just to ask a question about the process, thought it would take about 2wks, by 1230 someone called to set up an appointment, by 1250 two guys came and they took it all, I repaired my deck and all the materials was left and it's damaging my grass, so I am beyond grateful. I was not happy with the quote but they worked with me and i was able to get it for a more affordable price
