The customer service, politeness, positivity & responsiveness throughout the approximately 36 hours we were involved with 1-800-GOT-JUNK was unparalleled. Setting up appointment very easy. Day of service involved many delays, due to heavy usage by other local customers, but hour by hour we got updated calls, always identifying caller & apologizing for our inconvenience. When one of your service people - Alex - arrived we felt badly because it was raining hard, he was doing this alone, and it was dark - and cold. We had put all our items by side of garage, but it was not well lit. Nonetheless Alex worked hard, was very efficient, respectful and very, very kind. He really was exceptional!

AS ADVISED A 1/2 HOUR ADVANCED NOTICE CALL WAS MADE WITH AN ACCURATE ARRIVAL TIME. A QUOTE WAS GIVEN IN A TIMELY FASHION AND REMOVAL WAS STARTED IMMEDIATELY. NO DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY EVEN THOUGH PIECES BEING REMOVED WERE HEAVY AND BULKY BARELY FITTING THROUGH DOORWAYS. THE MOVERS WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS.
