The two gentleman who came to make the pickup were prompt and polite. They explained the process and estimate clearly and asked if I had any questions. When I accepted the terms they got the job done quickly. I also had the opportunity to watch the older gentleman train the younger one and he did so clearly and patiently. It was nice to see him working well with a colleague.

They are the best in town! Friendly staff, fast and flexible appointments and the best of all….All I have to do is point and my junk is gone! Will definitely recommend to everyone I know

The score of 10 is for today (5/31/2023). The experience today (5/31/2023) was excellent. The drivers were there right on time (before we got there actually), they worked quickly, efficiently, and went above and beyond for us. Yesterday (5/30/2023 -- the original appointment) would have earned a 0 or 1. The timeframe I was given was 1-3pm.. I got a call saying they were "backed up", then at 2:30 I called to find out where they were only to find out that pickup would not be until 4-4:30 (or later). This would not have mattered much if the stuff was in my home, but it was at a storage facility a good distance from home (plus I have a disabled husband I have to coordinate care for). In any event, the two workers we had today were exceptional and could not have been more professional

They arrived on time, were very courteous and fast.
