After scheduled my appointment, I called the company to give more details about the pickup since I wouldn’t be at the location due to moving. The woman who answered me promptly let the driver know and put it in the notes. The driver, Derek, was incredibly polite on the phone and gave me his exact location and how long it would be before he reached my house. When he arrived on site, him and his partner Ikym assessed what needed to be done and had a quote for me instantly. They even went above and beyond and cleaned up glass that the trash company had left behind the morning prior. The last stretch of the moving process has been incredibly difficult for us but they made my morning so much easier. Thank you again!
