Two young men that showed up were in and out in less than 20 minutes. They were courteous and did their job well. They were able to move my furniture out without disassembling it and deliver it to Goodwill.Also, the customer service phone rep who made the appointment, was courteous, friendly and professional as well.Two of the best customer experiences I have had in a very long time. The last time I called 1-800- GOT-JUNK was in 2013 to move items out of my grandmother’s storage unit. Good to know they are still hold the same standards and work ethic almost 10 years later.May use them again in the near future.

Walter and Josh did a stellar job at making a large pile of bricks, cinder blocks, pavers and concrete blocks DISAPPEAR! They provided me with a reasonable quote and then accomplished the job efficiently, taking the time to rake the outside area where the messy pile had occupied for many years once the debris was removed. They were both very friendly and are a perfect example of what great customer service is. My first time using this service today 3/29/22.The two gentlmen were on time and ready to do the work.They were very professional and polite as they answered all my questions.I would definetely recommend them ro friends and family. It was worth every penny to have all old furnitures removed from our basement.
