An excellent experience right from the moment of booking the appointment online, through to the confirmation call about the appointment the day before, and the morning of the appointment from the pick-up team, and, of course, to the actual pick-up of my junk. The team were fantastic, and lightning quick.

From the first call I made to book them to the follow up reminder the day before and the call the day of the junk removal, they were all very organized and made me feel confident about booking them. The entire team was very professional, the guys that came to the house were very friendly cheerful and professional they were vey nice to work with. They had good energy and were well organized to remove all of my junk!
