They are professional, courteous, and provide exactly the service as advertised. This is my second time using 1-800-Got Junk and I would happily recommend them and use them again.

The guys who came to my house were fantastic, friendly and efficient. It was however a little expensive.

My experience started off great when I called to make an appointment. The people that I spoke with were pleasant and explained exactly how the process worked. Then, Jamie and Luke were great today! I really appreciated their communication in regards to what time they would be arriving at my house. They called me about an hour before arrival to tell me their time frame. They were very friendly and quick to get the job done. We had some junk in a crawl space, and not only did they remove the junk, but they also swept and cleaned up the debris, leaving my house clean when they were finished. They were so helpful and I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. Thank you!
