Staff, both in person and via email were friendly and professional. Communication was very good - prompt and personal. But most of all we are impressed by the positivity and perseverance of the crew and their managers to complete our job when it proved to be more challenging than anticipated (a waterlogged large hot tub removal). Jamar, Justin, Jordan, Troy, Andrew and Harold worked hard to ensure that the job was completed without having to reschedule to another day - AND honoured the original quote. Great team - very happy and won’t hesitate to recommend to friends and call next time we need anything removed!
