Excellent communication starting with customer service right through to truck arrival, crew analyzing removal process and removing items efficiently. Crew was courteous and friendly and put up with my sense of humour when I asked them to remove me also. I was made aware of how the cost is based on space used in the truck before and after the truck was loaded so there were no surprises. Your management credo is excellent.
