The guys were so friendly and helpful. I had a particularly awkward entryway, up a bunch of stairs and through a narrow alley, and they still managed to take everything I needed them to plus a few things I noticed at the last minute. They were adaptable, well-prepared, and clearly very experienced. It was a huge weight off my shoulders and I am so grateful.

Adrian & 2nd collect team member were exceptional! They arrived respectful, energetic cheerful & caring. They communicated with me & each other as they helped this 65 year old emotional daughter move out my amazing 93 yr old Dad's "donation items" from Meadowlands Seniors Cummunity just after I emotionally moved my Dad to his Long Term Care new home. Adrian went over & above by helping/showing me & doing both cable & modem box disconnects. Super proud of my own 2 adult sons, so can only imagine how proud his Mom must be.

We have used 1-800-GOT-JUNK services several times and have never been disappointed. We will continue to use their services and recommend them highly. During our most recent experience with Nate and Nick, they went far above and beyond our expectations by clearing snow from our driveway and walkway. This is stellar service! Doesn't get much better.
