First, I found the people to be exemplary. From the person on the phone with whom I booked the appointment, to my contact Nathaniel, who came to the house and Kathryn his partner, everyone was courteous, well spoken, helpful and pleasant. These qualities in the front runners immediately gave me a sense of confidence in the company and the service that I would receive. This was especially important for me as I was working with the company from a distance. The service was for an older relative and when I explained this to the receptionist every aspect was handled with discretion and the utmost repect for my family member. This was my first experience with "Got Junk" and I felt that every employee lived up to the promises that I had been given through the commercials and the website. Professional, they wore masks and we're willing to remove their shoes inside the house. Very friendly, courteous and arrived when they said they were going to. And extremely careful caring furniture around the walls, left me with no dents or dings I really appreciated that! Would highly recommend!
