Very accurate -when they say they will be at the appropriate time,they are! I was off site and they called to say they had arrived and who was their contact person. No issues and have used them in the past and will use them again!

There was good communication about the arrival time and, once they viewed the items to be removed, the quote for the work. The two men were very polite and moved a large couch through a small hallway very carefully to ensure there was no damage to the walls and the doors. Overall, it was a great experience, just as it is advertised.
