On time and effective communication. Pleasant customer service. The two ladies were fast, efficient and hauled a king size mattress with no effort. Kept all clean and overall great experience.

The information was upfront and clear. I did not feel as though we were being "nickel and dimed" or that there were any hidden fees! We were super appreciative to find out that there was a "same day" option, that was so helpful in the scenario we were in. The two staff members that came to take away the junk, were THOROUGH, QUICK and FRIENDLY! The service was great from the moment we made the phone call to the moment the crew left. Thanks so much! We have already recommended it to friends!
