The business model is sound but everybody knows that it’s the employees, the people who are face to face with the client that is responsible for the success of the company. Owen represents your company exceptionally well. He smiled upon meeting me, which is something you don’t see often these days and he gave me a short and easy-to-understand presentation of your services and costs. I agreed to the terms and he went to work immediately. Owen is professional and hard-working. I’m a small business owner so I know how difficult it is to find good people, and if you’re able to hire one it’s even harder to retain them. I would have considered myself lucky if I had employees as dependable and positive as Owen.
