I made a same day appointment and was almost immediately contacted for confirmation. I scheduled pick up between 2:00pm-4:00pm. Byron called at 3:19 and let me know an estimated time he would be here. Although his arrival time ended up being about half an hour after the scheduled window, Byron maintained communication with me before and after his previous job so I would have a better idea of when to expect him, so I wasn’t upset about it at all. He was pleasant on the phone. When he arrived here, he was clear with the process and he executed the pick up and payment quickly! Overall a hassle free and convenient experience for me!
