The men who picked up the "stuff" were very friendly and efficient. They explained everything about what they can't take and how they donate what items are usable. They explained the pricing policy. I thought the billing was very fair.

This the fourth time I have used Got Junk and ,without exception , the servicemen are courteous and pack the truck as efficiently and tightly as possible to get the smallest load keeping the cost down.It is brutally humid today in MI and Charles and Henry were professional and extremely courteous. Most of the items I had removed were in the basement and they made multiple trips in tight places without a complaint. They took everything I asked them to, including cutting some Treks up so it would fit in their truck. They even swept up the debris from the saw.!I highly recommend Got Junk to anyone who needs to clean out and would definitely request Charles & Henry again.
