Very professional and friendly crew, service was delivered as promised, I was very pleased

The people picking up the junk are even tempered and not judgmental about anything. I really appreciate this because I have used Got Junk several times when I had a real mess on my hands. Also they are friendly enough to chat a bit and relate to the customer. Today was a great experience. At last some things that bothered me are gone. Many thanks!

Expedient, great communication, fair pricing

The two guys were very friendly and communicated everything from how it works in detail and pricing. They were very quick as well but still very organized in getting everything out my home and into the truck.

The 2 young men were polite and very helpful! They called us when they left for the house an called again when they were about 20 min. out. We would use 1-800-Got-Junk again!

The 2 people that showed up (Josh and Amon(?)) were very professional, communicative and just went about their business. Almost wish there had been a second truck because there was a little more that could have been hauled but they filled the one truck completely. The remainder of the stuff is small though and I can haul to the dump myself.

Very responsive, both from initial contact and with their crew at the house. Prices reasonable and Airrian and Evan were very thorough and attentive to our needs.
