the 2 gentleman who came were great! friendly and polite. I am not happy with your call center though. They gave me a false estimate. She said that, at the most, since I only had 1 item, that it would be $158 or less. The actual cost was $210! They couldn't give an actual price until they way it! So much for 158 or less!

The staff was very professional. They explained how they will calculate the cost, the method of payment options available, and an approximate amount of time to complete the job. They wore shoe coverings as they entered my apartment and removed the items. They verified my email address and forwarded my receipt. A-1 service.

They arrived on time, guys were professional and price was better than expected. I had no issues at all with the service.

Great guys Charles and Sean S. very polite and friendly. They provided great service. So refreshing, as customer service seems to have gone by the wayside these days.

The crew that came were incredibly nice. They eagerly answered all of my questions and wanted to make sure I had a high level of understanding. I would definitely recommend 1800 GOT JUNK; especially with the 2 guys that I had.
