The communication from the team (DeAndre and Dominic) who came to my home was awesome. They ran over on another job and were a bit late to ours, but because they stayed in constant communication, it was no issue. They worked hard and fast; provided a clear outline of what we could expect, what the fees were, and the overall process; they were respectful of our property; and their general attitudes and work ethic were top notch. We scheduled a second pick up with 1-800-GOT-JUNK, and I have requested these two specifically because of the positive experience they provided.

Josh & his partner made a good impression from the start! They took time to look at the job, see what would be involved, moving a freezer through a tight space. Josh gave me an estimate before they started. They carefully moved the freezer out to the truck in no time. They sure knew what they were doing. We would definitely call Got Junk again and we will recommend you to our neighbor.

Basic service was good; giy was super nice and explained clearly; but most important was they even swept under where the junk was in my garage so it was supper clean when they left — fantastic and above and beyond!
