I appreciated the online scheduling system. The team called before their arrival before this time range and they were extremely prompt. Both men were fantastic in explaining the process, the fee structure, and time. I appreciated the customer call to Steve, too. However, I was not sure about the tipping amount ... and I couldn't think fast enough to make sure that I was truly providing a tip that showed my satisfaction with their work.

The team kept me up to date on their status and when they would arrive. They were on time and proceeded to remove all of the "junk" quickly. Cost was as estimated. Team members were personable and made sure all items to be removed were in fact removed.

Came out the same day, with a very polite and professional crew, and removed everything in a very expedient manner, and cleaned up after themselves.
