They actually arrived ahead of my scheduled time, but called ahead first to meale sure that was OK. When they got there they looked over my mess, provided an estimate ( and explained how they reached that estimate), and got right to work. Maybe it was just my particular crew, but they were all good natured & joking, & they cleared the area out faster than I expected, including some really heavy, awkward equipment. The only thing I would change is providing the price list on the website - each job is priced on how much of a truck your junk is going to take up, but the rate per 1/4 of truck bed or whatever is a surprise until they're onsite to do the estimate. I'm not unhappy w/ what I paid, but it would have been nice beforehand, or in the future, a rough idea what at least my minimum is going to be.

The men were always pleasant and very respectful. After a clear explanation of charges they went right to work. In no time two trucks were loaded. They even cleaned up after, blowing the walkway and patio. What a pleasurable experience. Thank you guys!!!!!!!

1-800-GOT-JUNK does everything well. It's easy to schedule a pick-up on-line. There are appointment option morning, afternoon, and evening. The associates are polite, professional, friendly, and efficient. I receive a call first thing in the morning to confirm my appointment and another call when they're on their way. They provide a high and low quote based on the items that they're picking up. Pricing is extremely reasonable for the service they provide. I trust them wholeheartedly. You won't be disappointed.
