My girl friend left a hot plate and it had been mingled with other glass furniture and was in a bag full of glass at the bottom! The rep dug through and when he didn't find it he unloaded the bag in your truck before leaving and found it! Outstanding service and very courteous and caring! Will use you all again when the need arises and recommend you to others!
