They called to let us know they were coming. When they got here, they introduced themselves, and let us know the approximate price. They were courteous and respectful of the house and woodwork. They quickly and efficiently removed the filing cabinet from the basement, and provided us with a bill. Overall, an outstanding performance, and we will use them again.
