The staff were professional & friendly. The entire process was easy to book an appt. They called ahead of time with the rough estimate of when they would arrive for pickup. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for junk removal. I felt their services were affordable as well!

Bryce and Alan were extremely helpful, professional and courteous in removing the junk items we needed removed. They also explained GotJunk's policies on recycling junk and repurposing it for use by others instead of donating it to a reseller or reselling it, which I found to be a bonus in choosing GotJunk over other junk removal services.
