I had a large basketball hoop and stand that needed to be hauled away before I moved in a few days. The day of my appointment, Luke called to let me know the crew would not be able to make it and rescheduled me for the following day at whatever time was convenient for me. The crew arrived promptly on the rescheduled date, quoted me a fair price and quickly loaded the hoop and stand onto their truck. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes and the guys were very friendly and professional throughout. Thanks for the assistance!
