You guys are SO reliable and easy to work with. I can pick a 2-hour window, the people who answer the phone are always helpful and polite. I was a little emotional as I had you guys take away the last of my deceased mother's estate, but Joseph, Jack, and Dwayne Trawick were so professional and considerate as they helped get the job done. What I noticed is, if the items are not stacked efficiently it takes additional space on the truck - costing the customer extra $$$ unnecessarily.
