Whenever I call I am never put on hold. The people that answer the phone are friendly and knowledgeable. The three representatives that picked up my used furniture are truly the best. Their names are TJ, Jack, and Joseph. They called me before their arrival so I was always aware of their ETA. They were friendly, patient and physically very strong.
