Communication is key in any endeavor. Even though I had scheduled my appointment for earlier, they were on top of notifying me that the were a little behind. Which happens because it’s a business and sometimes there bumps in the road or setbacks! They were courteous, respectful, hardworking, quick to complete the task, and amazingly priced! I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone!

We were able to schedule pickup for the next day. Online scheduling was easy. I was contacted by our driver well in advance of my scheduled time frame to make me aware of the ETA. They were right on time! Ben and Luke were extremely friendly, confident and professional! Ben gets extra points for knowing my dog was a Westie!

They came on time. Charged me what I had arranged with them since it was only one item. Took my junk away. Honestly, a lot like their commercial. I just pointed at it and they took it away. I think I spent more time introducing myself and giving my name then it took them to take the junk. Thank you Dwayne and Rob.
