They were polite and listened to what we wanted them to do and were very co-operative. They had a very positive attitude and did their work well and completely. They treated us with respect and we felt like they were glad to be helping us.

Speed of service!

personnel was excellent quick and easy. However I am still confused by you pricingpolicy. Original quote was $60 for one window air conditioner. A neighbor mentioned he was getting rid of two air conditioners and I brought the a?c units out to the curb as it were (from my condo building. I then became a minimum stop price a $150. the logic is lost on me. Note I am not unhappy with what I paid I just don't get that one is $60 and 3 is minimum stop of $150.00. Again note employees seemed to get the drift and did recuce by $20

very polite and professional. When I booked I did inform that it would most definetely be a full truck. However when they arrived it turned out there was already half the truck full. But they took as much as they could and we made arrangements for them to come back in two day. They were apologetic and very kind
