they called me 15 minutes before arrival just as stated on the website. They were very sweet and understanding about my situation, and even called a supervisor to see if they could help me out since I could not afford the estimate I received. I really appreciated their help and would 100% recommend using this company to a friend. The couch was out of my living room within 10-15 minutes, which is saying a lot for the size of the couch . this was such an easy process especially because I booked the appointment for same day, and 30 minutes before the set appointment time.

3rd time junk removal service-absolutely amazing-3 different teams but each time IT WENT PERFECT!-clean-nice-GREAT EXPERIENCE-"I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A HEADACHE. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A NIGHTMARE, TO BE VERY HONEST. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. THEY WERE MORE THAT I COULD HAVE HOLD"
