Big brand box companies usually don't work out so great for me due to all of the red tape and policy/procedure they have in place to protect the company, but I must say... You guys were top notch great people. All of the guys were as curious as they come and did everything in their power to remove a huge fridge from the second story of my townhouse. It had been sitting around for over a year because no one could find a solution to remove it other than to take it apart and cut it up into smaller more manageable pieces. I had 3 other moving and appliance removal including, Home Dept, Lowes, and Costco that all gave up after measuring the appliance and the stairs that it had to go down. You guys tried hard from the get go and ultimately rescheduled with two managers to see the severity of the job. The two managers Miguel and James A) are a riot, great manners and all around wonderful to be around and B) James honestly was so cautious and careful about every aspect of the job. He assessed everything and thought through it all. I really respected how much he cared for my property and any mishaps that could happen. I will always recommend got junk because of these two managers and their team. I couldn't speak higher of their work ethic, their unwillingness to give up, and ultimately of their good hearted nature to help someone out. I literally never would have gotten this appliance removed if not for them.
