Your employees that pick up are awesome.. However, your call center is horrible. I had a question and they tried to cancel my pick up. When I started to get mad, he told me he was going to hang up on me after being on hold for his initial answering for 45 minutes. I asked for a supervisor and had to stay on hold for another 45 minutes before I got a supervisor who was obviously operating with a full brain and he fixed my problem, and answered my question. Soon after that, I got a phone call from a very friendly employee who took my card info and carried off my junk.
