Very easy to schedule and the guys that picked up our furniture were super nice. Will definitely use them again.

The customer service experience was easy, helpful, quick, and professional. We were kept updated on their expected arrival a few times, and they arrived as expected. The only thing we didn't know about was the surcharges or extra fees for TV's and computer monitors, but that didn't present a problem. The removal was quick and efficient.
