All expectations were met. I was called to tell me the truck was on the way, they arrived on time. Both Lee and Isaac greeted me with a friendly smile. They clearly explained how the service was priced, showed me the list of individual prices. When I agreed with the cost, they took all of the items I'd designated out to the truck (which looked pretty full when they arrived) . I was amazed that they were able to fit all four bookcases into the truck! The whole procedure took much less time than I'd expected because they could handle the heavy shelves easily. They joked that it was their workout! They were cheerful, polite, and hard working.

The two gentlemen who removed my refrigerator were amazing. They were very professional, friendly, and courteous

James H and Jamar are good folk. They went above and beyond to get the job done. They had to literally deadlift my riding lawnmower onto their truck because the installed ramp tracks weren't wide enough to accommodate the wheels of my tractor. Big risk for injury. Help these guys by giving them the necessary equipment to do their job - safely. Their efforts rate a 12vout of 10!
