They answered the phone! No hold with terrible music. They called prior to arrival, giving an estimated time of arrival. When they arrived they called an gave an estimate of cost which was spot on. Polite and professional, highly recommend.

They answered the phone without me having to wait on hold. Everyone I spoke with over the phone was so helpful. The junk removal guys were efficient, nice, and personable. Even though my removal was last minute, everyone made it happen.
