Everything worked out beautifully from the ease of setting up an appointment, a confirmation call the day before (from a live human being, no less) and the confidence that everything could be disposed of. But I must say the greatest part of the experience was the punctuality and professionalism of the friendly crew who arrived ready and willing to complete the task. Bravo!
