First you answered the phone with a real person. Second you assessed what I needed and gave me an appointment within 48 hours. Then 3 hours after confirming the appointment you called me and said you had an opening same day. Then two young men showed up and cleared out the house efficiently, thoroughly and without causing any damage. It was the easiest process I have ever dealt with. Thank you. 10/10
