Everything that we identified for removal was removed. Harry and his co-worker were very conscientious and adept at moving some very heavy and odd shaped items on steps.

Angelo and his two coworkers were professional, efficient and very polite. The entire experience from the beginning phone call, the appointment check in call, the removal of a very heavy piano, to the truck heading out was exceptional and very quick.
