Donte and Wilber were fantastic. Very friendly, polite and helpful. I give them an A+As for 1-800-gotjunk, you get a C. You knew they were picking up a large floor copier, but you did not supply then with a hand truck. They would not have been able to do the job if I had not let them use my small trash holder with wheels. A hand truck should be standard equipment on your trucks! Other than than, I was very pleased with the service and the price.
