You communicated truthfully with me about scheduling and the removal of my sofa and love seat, even though despite the debaucle with I-95 making traffic delays all over and causing your crew to not be able to fulfill a more exact time... Your drivers were very professional and friendly. Out of their control; however, was the $385 charge which my husband and I thought was quite excessive. Everything from start to finish was easy and a great experience. Customer service is exceptional. Kept me updated on time of arrival of the truck when they had a delay with another job. Provided me with a quote on site. Price was fair so I asked them to take it away (5/8 of truck would be filled and cost was $579). Otis and Cody were professional, courteous and friendly. Highly recommend this company and would use them again.
