This is our 2nd or 3rd time using 1-800-junk and every time we have used them, the employees are so very nice, respectful and just a pleasure to work with. It is important to feel comfortable when strangers come into your house, And both men Who were here today were such hard workers and were very careful, making every effort to be respectful of our home.

They kept us informed by text and phone of their arrival time and then showed up as expected.

They are very efficient and hard working, very willing to accommodate the customer, my driver today Anthony Nunez had to work alone and he did a great job unfortunately our couch is a two man job and luckily he was able to have other colleagues scheduled to come back later this morning to pick up the couch which I greatly appreciate

They always have quick availability. Appointments are easy to get and they show up when they say they will. They work quickly and efficiently. Although it is a little on the expensive side, when you have a big project and you want it done right, it is definitely worth the investment. Peace of mind is sometime priceless!
