I received a courtesy call, letting me know what time the guys would arrive. The guys that came were very efficient and courteous, and went above and beyond by taking a longer route to get my furniture out the back door instead of through my very expensive front door. That alone meant the world to me. They were in and out and I will definitely use this service again. Worth every penny, my daughter and I didn't have to break our backs with moving the heavy loveseat and couch and my beat up furniture wasn't sitting at my curb all day.
