Communicate! I received a confirmation call the day before the pickup dispatcher and the morning of the pickup from the driver, Mike. Mike made a great call and brought two trucks based on the dispatch inputs. Once at the residence, I was impressed greatly by Mike an Raffy. They both worked very hard and efficiently and did both trucks in less than two hours.
