I was happy with 1-800-got-junk. We originally had a pickup appointment for Thursday, 11 May. We were out of town on Sunday, 7 May, when they called and stated that they would have a truck in my area that day and wondered if they could stop by. They stopped by and called me with an estimate. They stated that they were able to load the heavy cook stove with no problem. The crew's supervisor contacted me and gave me the estimate and we accepted the estimate. When we got home the next day the wood-fired cook stove was gone. Thank you
